The latest news seems hopeful for an end to the Iran Middle East skirmish, and some articles are even talking about lasting peace and security. IYKYK. But then, we're talking about a very wily group of people who don't always tell the truth. Of course, as the old adage goes, the first casualty of war is Truth. This particular group of people has been at war so long, maybe they've forgotten how to be honest. But hey, oil prices are down, the stock market is doing much better today, PCE inflation is down, metals are up, and crime is down significantly. Fauci's comeuppance looks like it's well underway. "I am the science" is now the butt of jokes. We here at the dilly always knew that Fauci was a clown, but now, the whole world knows. Hopefully he looks stylish in orange. No, Banned, there probably won't be a lottery in which a person can win the satisfying honor of pulling a certain lever, but if there were, you would certainly deserve to win that one. Meanwhile, it's growing clearer and clearer that Michigan really should be part of Canada, Spain should organize a revolution for the sake of Europe, and (though the D party seems to be the last to know), voting for any member of the DSA is a very, very Bad Idea.
